Filthy Rituals Apparel operates as a made-to-order, print-on-demand apparel company.


  • Production begins only after payment authorization.
  • Processing times are estimates and precede shipping.
  • Orders may ship in multiple packages.
  • Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or rerouted once in production.



By completing checkout, you acknowledge and accept these POD-related conditions.





4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & PAYMENT



We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violation.


You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including billing, shipping addresses, email, and payment details. We may limit quantities purchased per person, household, or order.





5. PRICING, MODIFICATIONS, AND AVAILABILITY

6. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND FORCE MAJEURE



All shipping, delivery, and risk allocation are governed by our Shipping Policy.


  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Split shipments and partial fulfillment may occur.
  • Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon handoff to the carrier.
  • Carrier records confirming delivery constitute conclusive proof of delivery.
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, carrier disruptions, governmental actions, system failures) are not grounds for refunds, replacements, or chargebacks.






7. EXCHANGES, DAMAGES, AND DEFECTS



All exchanges and claims for damaged or defective items are governed exclusively by our Exchange Policy. Refunds are not guaranteed except where legally required.


Shipping fees are non-refundable, and resolution is limited to exchange-only remedies.





8. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES



By completing checkout, you agree that shipping-related issues, including delays, split shipments, theft, or non-receipt confirmed by carriers, do not constitute grounds for a chargeback.


We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback filed in violation of this policy, submitting all relevant evidence, including:

  • Carrier tracking and delivery data

9. ABUSE AND ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS
